As I am a private home-based appointment only clinic, to make an appointment for a treatment or to collect products please complete the below contact form. 

Please include the following details in the comment section

* Treatment you are wanting information on and wanting to book;

* Preferred date and time of appointment;

* Email and contact details 

Once the booking date and time is agreed to, you will be sent via sms or email the invoice for the deposits required as per the booking terms and conditions.  When the deposit is received you will be emailed Client Consultation Forms to complete and further details relating to your appointment which will include address, parking, time of appointment and booking conditions.
